This policy explains what data the 4xSound rehearsal studio (Limassol, Cyprus) collects through this website and how we use it.

When you submit a booking we collect the contact you provide — a Telegram username and/or a phone number — together with the booking details (room, date, time and any note you add). We use this only to confirm and manage your booking and to contact you about it.

We use only a few functional cookies and local storage: your chosen language and theme, and your cookie-consent choice. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Booking confirmations are sent over Telegram, so Telegram's own privacy policy applies to that messaging. The contacts section embeds Google Maps, which Google loads under its own privacy policy.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the studio and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time — just contact us through the details in the Contacts section of this site or via our Telegram.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
